Additionally, ELFBAR introduced a prototype of this concept e-cigarette – the R3 disposable e-cigarette. This new product adopts a corrugated paper structure. In terms of design, the new product can be manually disassembled into five parts: lithium battery, shell, airflow sensor, battery casing, nozzle, and nicotine filter. The disassemblability of all parts increases the overall recycling rate of the product to 85%. The shell is made of degradable corrugated paper, inspired by cardboard furniture. Users can easily remove the shell along the dotted lines. After use, users can extract the battery from the base through a simple push-pull mechanism. This disassembly structure ensures easy disassembly and greatly improves the efficiency of recycling in waste management facilities.
