On August 6th, according to the official website of Ispire Technology Inc. (Nasdaq: ISPR), Ispire announced that its subsidiary, Aspire North America LLC, has signed a 30-year global exclusive licensing agreement with Hidden Hills Club, marking the company’s entry into the global nicotine products market.
Under the agreement, Ispire will be responsible for the global manufacturing, distribution, and commercialization of Hidden Hills branded nicotine products, such as low-risk electronic cigarettes.
The first batch of Hidden Hills nicotine products is expected to launch in the UAE and South Africa within a few weeks, followed by gradual introductions to the UK and EU markets in the coming months.

Earlier this year, Ispire and Hidden Hills Club launched “Hidden Hills & Friends,” which introduced the dual-tank SWTCH ONE combined with Hidden Hills’ signature cannabis oils—Plug ‘n Play, Packwoods, Big Chief, and LA Traffic—released on February 14th in Nevada.
The e-cigarette and cannabis vaporization markets are expected to reach $29.9 billion and $11.6 billion respectively by 2024.
